Refund Policy

Once your returned items are received, we will process your refund in the form of online store credit within 48 hours. you will receive an e-mail confirmation once the store credit is in your account and ready to use. you may also request to receive your refund via online transfer/NEFT, which will be sent 20-25 business days after the warehouse has received the returned product. (please note that in a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included).

All the products can be returned within 7 working days from the day of delivery.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by team. Damages due to personal disliking, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Once product is found to be covered under RETRUN POLICY, your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise as a credit note, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s).

If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

  • Wrong Size.
  • Wrong Color.
  • Wrong Quantity.
  • Defective Or Damaged.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Tags are tampered.

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Customer is free to return partial order i.e. one or more products. Customer would have to send all return/defected products at below address via courier and the cost of the same shall be borne by customer only in case the product is not defected or is same as ordered.

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount in form of a credit note.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded as a credit note. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact us at 91-981 880 5715 to inform us of the same.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays f Orders are dispatched within 3 working days most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
